Pastor Eliud Wekesa, and his wife Helen
Greetings to you and your families. I trust that you are well in the Lords name. I am pastor Eliud Wekesa, an associate pastor at Bibleway Baptist Church. I am married with four children. I was born again in the year 2006. I enrolled in the Baptist Theological school in 2009 and graduated in 2013. I am also a trained teacher of science and swahili.
The Lord has blessed me with the ministry we do together with Pastor David Wafula of Evangelism and teaching the Bible. The Lord guided me to start a Christian elementary school in 2011. We began with 30 children from our poor community. We had three orphans at that time. Presently we had 372 children, of which 58 are orphans. We do pray that the Lord bless this educational ministry so that we can help children from our poor community.

2020 Christmas Party
Because of generous supporters in the US, in December 2020, VIAM was able to forward $300 USD to five VIAM ministry partners in east Africa to purchase gifts for the children of their community and to host a Christmas party celebrating the birth of our King. The gifts that were purchased included new clothing and shoes, thereby enabling a number of children to attend school in the new year; Albeit education is said to be “free”, without the required clothing, supplies and fees, children are not allowed to attend classes.
